Invest on lands and make sure you have an emergency cash source when you think about having as asset disposa. Assets do not necessarily mean land in general. It could be a car, your beach house, your jewelry collection, or anything that is of value. Of course, things that have sentimental value do not count unless you are a famous painter or a renowned person, in which case, you could sell stuff to the museum or auction them off. But among all of these, a parcel of land is still the most reasonable form of asset simply because every year, its value rises and the best part about it is that the value never goes south. It is also good to invest in cars especially collectibles because the less they are available, the more higher they are priced. But investing in cars isn’t nearly as worry free as investing in land.
