  • African-American Pulpit - A quarterly journal that serves as a repository for the very best of African American preaching and provides practical and creative resources for persons in ministry.
  • Center for Courage & Renewal - Strengthens individuals, professions, and communities through retreats and programs that help people reconnect who they are with what they do. Its Courage to Lead for Clergy and Congregational Leaders is a multi-year, national initiative of the Center to help clergy and lay leaders sustain and renew their passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to faithful leadership in the congregations and communities they serve.
  • Fund for Theological Education - Supports the next generation of leaders among pastors and scholars by providing fellowships and a network of support to gifted young people from all denominations and racial/ethnic backgrounds. It helps congregations and denominations find ways to nurture young men and women for ministry and teaching.
  • Leadership Education at Duke Divinity - Works in partnership with Christian leaders throughout the church, from laity and congregational clergy to those who lead the organizations that shape and support them and their congregations.  It designs and delivers local, regional, national and international educational offerings that develop capacities for traditioned innovation, transformative leadership and vibrant Christian institutions.
  • Hispanic Theological Initiative - Identifies and prepares highly trained educators and leaders who can articulate, model, and help teach values and ideas that will inform and make an impact in our Latino faith communities and communities in general.
  • National Consortium of Black Women in Ministry - Supports and resources Black women in ministry both personally and professionally by cultivating communities of Black women in ministry across the United States and mobilizing them to impact issues affecting the well-being of Black women.
  • Presencing Institute - Is a global action research community that applies Theory U to societal transformation by shifting the social field from ego-system to eco-system awareness. The presencing process is a journey that connects us more deeply both to what wants to emerge in the world and to our highest future possibility—our emerging authentic self.
  • The Tree of Contemplative Practices - illustrates some of the contemplative practices that have been developed over the past few thousand years to  quiet the mind in order to cultivate a personal capacity for deep concentration and insight.

  • African-American Lectionary - A resource tool that highlights the African American ecclesial traditions and recognizes days on the liturgical calendar that are celebrated across a variety of ecclesial traditions.

  • National Association of Church Business Administration - Serves the church by promoting the highest level of professional competence in individuals serving Christ through administration in local churches.
  • Practicing Our Faith  - Develops resources to help contemporary people live the Christian faith with vitality and integrity in changing times. The Project is ecumenical in orientation and appreciative of the legacies of a range of Christian traditions. We sponsor seminars, books, conferences and web sites for adults and youth.
  • Society for Organizational Learning - Is an intentional learning community composed of organizations, individuals, and local SoL communities around the world devoted to the interdependent development of people and their institutions in service of inspired performance and meaningful results. SoL serves as a space in which individuals and institutions can create together that which they cannot create alone.
  • TED - Offers knowledge and inspiration from the world’s most inspired thinkers and a community of curious souls to engage each other on power ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world.
  • Urban Ministries   - Publishes Christian resources, including Sunday School and Vacation Bible School curricula, books, movies, and websites designed for African American churches and others seeking a diverse, Christ-centered perspective on faith and life issues.


Community Development


  • Clergy Strategic Alliances - Fosters strategic collaborations for programs or initiatives that lead to more empowered communities by building strategic alliances between foundations, labor organizations, and non profit corporations, to work with the faith community in a way that allows every institution to maintain the integrity of its mission and achieve its goals. 
  • Community Investment Network  - Encourages organizations and individuals to think and act more strategically with their giving to impel greater social change in their communities. It promotes and supports strategic collective giving and community problem-solving by providing knowledge and information regarding various tools and strategies.
  • Corporation for Enterprise Development - A leader in economic development that combines the innovation of a think tank with the “on-the-ground” insight of practitioners to: identify good ideas, find what works, help good ideas reach scale and foster new markets to achieve greater economic impact.
  • National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference - Serves 16 million Hispanic Christians in the United States and Puerto Rico across generational, country of origin, and denominational lines on issues that pertain to the family, immigration, economic mobility, education, political empowerment, social justice, and societal transformation.
  • Lott Carey Foreign Missions - helps churches extend their Christian witness to the ends of the earth, particularly in Africa, the Caribbean, South America, and India.  It builds capacity for the work of evangelism, education and health programs around the world.
  • Samuel Proctor Conference - Strengthen the capacity and network of the African American faith community and its leaders to address the needs of those it serves. It seeks to improve and transform communities through partnerships and collaborations, identification of mutual interests, and bringing together the best of the Church, the academy, institutions and businesses that sustain community vitality and people empowerment.
